Customers who agree to enter into a 12-month Service Agreement* are eligible to receive a $10 monthly discount on their selected internet package. Upon expiration of the 12-month Service Agreement, the monthly service rate will automatically adjust to the then-current standard rate for the selected internet package. Customers may elect to enter into a new Service Agreement, if available, to qualify for any promotional pricing or discounts offered at that time.

Standard installation consists of mounting the outdoor antenna and running the cable (up to 100 feet) to one computer or a router inside the home. Custom installation may cost more. Additional install services will be at an additional charge.

Customer will need to provide their own ethernet wireless router for Wi-Fi capability at the the home or business.

Residential Standard Installation Fee is $55. This includes a standard installation of service, the set-up/ configuration of 1 router, if applicable, and the connection of up to 4 devices to your network. Custom installs, attic crawls, and/or wall fishes for cable runs will be at an additional charge.
